So I created a 400 dollar gaming PC that would handle a lot of today’s mid range gaming and computing.

Here’s what I whipped up:

Case: Cooler Master Elite 430, Mid Tower ($45)

I did not recommend a CD Drive because they are incredibly cheap and almost always identical, you cant find one for $15. Make sure it is SATA, not IDE.  At the end of the day this list is going to end up to about $430. With rebates and other sales you will usually be able to scrounge these parts up for $400. Some upgrades I would highly recommend for you to make if you do end up going with this build is:

Case fans: Apevia 3 pack blue LED 120mm fans. They will keep your PC cooler ensuring a longer lasting system.

Extra video card to crossfire with the 6800k: XFX 7750, adding this card to your system to crossfire will double the gaming performance.
